Oliver Wasow inspired this series. His photo of Cape Cod struck me because of its dramatic skies, seamless transitions, and grainy texture. Oliver Wasow often linked his publicly posted pictures with a common theme.
I tied my pictures together with the Martian Spaceship from Mars, Pennsylvania. Can you find the flying saucer in each of the images? The Mars theme inspired me to create an otherworldly appearance with red skies. I love travel but have problems figuring out where to go since there are so many cultural, recreational, and scenic things I love to do and see, and they don't exist in the same space. I drew upon my photo library to create new spaces that allow doing more things in one space.
